What is your refund policy?
Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer refunds as standard. However, we understand that unique situations may arise.
If you believe your order is faulty, damaged, or there is an exceptional issue, please contact us by email within 48 hours of receiving your order. Your email must include clear photos of the product and packaging, along with your order number and a description of the issue. Each request will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
If a return is authorised, the customer is responsible for the cost of returning the item. Return postage will be charged at the applicable Royal Mail rate. Items must be returned unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging.
We reserve the right to refuse returns or refunds that do not meet the above conditions.
