6. Returns & Refunds

We accept returns in accordance with our Returns Policy. Items must be unused and in original packaging.

Homage Of Niche® is a registered trademark with filings recognised through the appropriate legal authorities, including the UK Intellectual Property Office where relevant. As a result, no individual, business or third party is permitted to use, copy, imitate or adapt any protected material without written permission from the brand.

Any unauthorised use of our intellectual property, including the copying of product names, scent concepts, creative language, marketing content, images, branding or any element of our website or packaging, may result in legal action. We actively monitor and enforce our rights to protect the originality and integrity of Homage Of Niche®.

We are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or products. 

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of your local jurisdiction unless otherwise required by consumer protection law.

Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer refunds as standard. However, we understand that unique situations may arise. If you believe your order is faulty, damaged, or there is an exceptional issue, please contact us by email within 48 hours of receiving your order. Your email must include clear photos of the product and packaging, along with your order number and a description of the issue. Each request will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. If a return is authorised, the customer is responsible for the cost of returning the item. Return postage will be charged at the applicable Royal Mail rate. Items must be returned unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse returns or refunds that do not meet the above conditions.

Domestic orders: 2–5 business days.

International orders: 5–14 business days. These may vary due to customs or courier delays.
A tracking number will be emailed once your order is dispatched.
International customers are responsible for customs duties or taxes.
